Adolescents

A successful therapeutic experience can be of immense value for helping adolescents improve relationships, recover from physical and mental trauma, or gain insight and perspective to realize their full potential. Teens become increasingly focused on friends. As they seek greater independence, they often come into conflict with parents. Most get through adolescents with few problems, established identities and preparing for adulthood. Some, however, experience problems that lead to dropping out of school, drug use or crime. Teens face more social pressures and anxiety than even before. Navigating Social Media, building friendships and developing positive family relationships are much harder to manage for adolescents than for adults.
